2. How does Tageze work?

Tageze provides vital information required in an emergency situation, through QR Code technology which can be accessed through any smartphone camera app or any third-party QR code scanner app in any location and time. Tageze does not require an INTERNET NETWORK to scan its QR code.

4.Who needs Tageze ID ?

ID should be as common and important as putting on a seat belt when getting into a car, or strapping on a bike helmet to go for a ride. Identification is important for people of all ages. If you are a cyclist, biker, or someone who doesn't spend all of their time on the couch, then we encourage you to have ID. Kids need ID too as they rarely have ID when they go out for a bike ride or walk to school.

6. How to place order at Tageze?

Visit www.mytageze.com and select the product, fill out all the required emergency medical information, place them in cart and then proceed to checkout, fill details and proceed to make the payment, once the order is completed you will receive the order number through SMS and mail.

7. How will I receive order confirmation?

Once the order is completed you will receive the order number through SMS and mail.

8. What is the shipping time?

Packages are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipping.

11. How to cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled only if your order is not processed. To cancel order Please write to our customer care WhatsApp +91 8180966739 or at support@mytageze.com 

12. How do I get my refund?

Once the order has been cancelled the amount will be refunded with-in 4-5 working days, it may get delayed in case of national holidays and strikes.

13. I want to return?

Replacement is applicable only if the product is having wrong information in it (not as per the order details) or damaged.

14. My order has been shipped not yet received?

To know the status, try to track your package through its tracking ID which has been provided to you through sms and mail. If package is not delivered because of “insufficient address” or “Door was closed” , then Tageze is not responsible for it. Please write to our customer care about this at support@mytageze.com

15. Why delay in order shipping and dispatch?

As the product is a customised and printed/made specially on order and not made in bulk, so it takes 5-7 days to process and dispatch.

18. Payment failed?

19.How to use coupon codes?

Coupon code has to be used during the check-out at payment option.

21. What material is used for the stickers?

We care for your phone and cards as much as you do. We use the best quality vinyl which is Waterproof, Scratch resistant and Sunlight resistant.

22. How to paste Tageze Sticker?

For more durability of Tageze it should be pasted on the flat surface, without any air bubble or fold.
